error while trying install office 2007 beta

I have tried 4 times now, to install Office 2007 beta on Vista beta 2 build 5384. I get the error "Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {97F8-etc etc}. HRESULT: 0x007054F
Running as an administrator does not solve this, nor does only trying to install Word and Excel.
Any solutions are appreciated.

Try: disabling antivirus, antispyware. run Windows update. This also may be a corrupt download. Cannot find a kb relating to Office and Vista (both are still beta) will supply you with links that can give you a general idea of what may be occurring.
